When Steve was younger he would accompany his parents on their business trips. Most would assume that they brought him along because they couldn’t bear to part from him, but in reality it was because Mr. Harrington had realized that Steve was a useful bartering tool when making deals with certain high powered individuals.

Fast forward to “present” day. Steve’s been living his life as normally as he can since he grew too old to entice his abusers and his parents started leaving him behind in Hawkins. He's been dealing fairly well with the trauma from the years of abuse he want through but never believed he’d get justice (because very high powered abusers). Then the FBI come knocking on his door. Turns out one of the men has finally been arrested by law enforcement and in his house they’ve found pictures of his victims, including a young Steve (4 to 7 years old), and suddenly it all out in the open and Steve’s world starts to unravel.

I would like something set somewhere between season 2 or 3 maybe, featuring a Steve who doesn’t realize how strong he is to have survived what he went through. I want everyone rallying around him and comforting him, and the kids (Dustin in particular) reassuring him that it won’t change how they feel about him. Just give me all the trauma! And the comfort!

Canon ships are welcome, but I don’t want any romantic ships involving Steve (because this is all about friendships).

After finding out that Brenner is dead, Vecna decides that the ultimate screw you would be to become the "Papa" to a new group. Since a large amount of El's strength comes from her family, he figures stealing a large chunk of her support network would be a good first step, mentally reaching out to the teens to try and influence them into his new "family".

Ideally:
- Vecna appearing to the teens as Henry rather than his Vecna form to seem more safe/inviting
- Eddie's not dead
- The teens start to struggle with how to refer to Henry/Vecna/001 as his influence over them increases

Princess Chrissy is on her way to be married to Prince Jason. He's handsome and charismatic and has her parents approval and this is what she always knew her life would be. So she's happy.

On the way to his kingdom for the wedding, however, there's an attack and she runs away to be rescued by bandits led by Eddie the Banished, who is nowhere near as terrifying as she's heard.

Don't mind if either of them has a relationship with another character, though I prefer that it not be Eddie/Billy.

Mostly I just want over-the-top Robin Hood-esque bandit Eddie who really doesn't actually do a lot of banditry and gets by on tricks and gimmicks to scare people, and Chrissy finding herself outside of her ivory tower and realising that there's more to life than making other people happy.

Bonus for Hopper as the long-suffering sheriff who has to at least pretend to hunt Eddie down.

Like the prompt above in setting. Robin Hood style story, with Steve as the Maid Marian character who is robbed by bandits in the woods, Eddie as the bandit leader who flirts outrageously with him as he steals Steve's gold.

And if Steve starts finding reasons to travel through the woods more... and maybe just starts handing over gold rather than waiting to be robbed, it's not like his parents ever have to know.

And if he finds himself being invited back to the bandit hideout (just because, or maybe something happens and he's on the run? Chrissy breaks up with Jason and starts dating Eddie. She also starts getting help for her ED but still has a lot of anxiety around eating food. Eddie comes across some information ( a doctor or a news article ect.) about treatment clinics having success with giving ED patients breast milk to make sure they have all the nutrients they need and then slowly introducing solid foods back to their diet. Eddie wants to help Chrissy but there's no clinic near Hawkins so he turns to Jason. (Can be omega Jason or world where some guys can lactate or Jason just takes meds to make it possible, or any reason you want) and well, this is a way to get close to Chrissy again and make up for all the times he never noticed she needed help so he agrees.

Which is how Jason's milk becomes Chrissy main food source. It's pretty objectifying as they treat Jason milk more as Chrissys milk, it just happens to be made by and stored in Jason's body.

Steve Harrington taking a nail bat out of his car and absolutely smashing Jason Carver, the basketball kid who can't seem to leave Eddie alone, across the face with it after Jason came to the trailer park to demand Eddie come and atoke for his sins and all that other weird religious crap he was spouting since that poor girl died. And Steve, before Wayne could even stop him or process what he was doing, takes out that bat and starts swinging. And when that seems to not do the trick Wayne watches as he tosses it aside and starts throwing hands and giving Jason a verbal dressing down like nobody's business until Eddie runs out and tries to break it up and Wayne realizes oh yeah I should have done that a minute ago but he's absolutely in awe because Steve is nothing like his old man.
