A good prompt will specify what ship(s) you'd like to see in the fill and then some description of what you'd also like to see, for example, "[character]/[character], making out in the Upside Down." You can go into detail or keep it short, it's up to you. Writers, you can fill a prompt by simply replying to it. If things take off, I'll try and organize it better but for now it'll be great to get some prompts (and hopefully fills) flowing.

Damaged Nonfunctional Steve Angst

Steve’s mind gets fucked up really bad by some Upside Down baddie, maybe Vecna wreaked havoc in there to send a message, or maybe Steve died and was hastily and desperately brought back, but either way it left him alive but almost completely nonfunctional. He can’t really do anything besides stare blankly, with only the vaguest hints that he’s aware of his surroundings. He’s basically a walking coma patient, and it breaks everyone’s hearts but they resolve to take care of him and try to bring him back. I didn’t have a fully formed idea about this, just little sparks of inspiration like Dustin cuddling him and letting out little sniffles as he pulls Steve’s limp arms around him to simulate a hug, or Robin rambling to him and getting more and more upset the longer he just lets her talk, or Eleven trying with increasing desperation to reach his mind only to be blocked at every turn. Would prefer a happy ending, but wouldn’t say no if someone wants to turn it dark and have Steve helpless against someone with dark intentions ;)

I am ON this (though if the other poster wants to do a fill as well, by all means!). Like, I'm about fifteen hundred words in on this, should have something up on AO3 today. Query, though...the focus would be mostly on the party obviously, but do you mind if I add some Steddie? If you'd prefer it to be totally gen, that's cool--first part is mostly just set up and explanation before i go for the ANGST. Or if you don't mind shippiness, but would prefer another ship, that's cool too. Lemme know!

Excccccellllllent *Mr. Burns fingers* First part is up on AO3, I was planning the next chapter to be Vecna actually fucking up Steve's head and then the rest of the chapters focusing on someone taking care of/trying to help Steve. So far, I'm thinking it's gonna be Dustin, Eddie, Robin, Max, Eleven, and maybe Nancy, but is there anyone else you really want to see suffer?
